Grade Three Assessment Anchors
Q: What exactly is an "Assessment Anchor"?
A: The Assessment Anchors are one of the many tools the Pennsylvania Department of Education has developed to better align curriculum, instruction and assessment practices throughout the state.
Put more simply, the assessment anchor's give teachers like myself a focus point on what to zero in on while teaching. Also the material outlined is "assessed" on the PSSA.
